Rainbow Trail - It's got all the moves!

In February 2022 we were delighted to have our first post-covid project kick off in Wallacewell Primary. We embarked on creating a movement trail for the children that would help with anxiety and reduce frustration when in class. The idea was the children could take a movement break outside and enjoy the sensory walk along the 'Rainbow Trail'.

Claash Collective's Artists led the project brilliantly by collaborating with the children, who created parts of the trail. The Rainbow Trail is made from a mixture of new and recycled materials, including the plastic mazes which are made from recycled acrylic.

We are thrilled with the results and are hoping to create more movement trails later this year.
